fuel tank/points condenser

"I wanted to know what is the best way to remove rust and varnish from the fuel tank. I am the original owner of this motobecane and its been sitting in storage for a while. Also, anyone know how to get the flywheel cover off to get access to the points/condenser? Any help would be appreciated. Trying to fix this up for a nephew. thanks <br>"

"funny enough i had to remove the cover to the points today... unless you have the special motobecane tool you have to get medievel on your moped. you will need: a hammer, a chisel, a socket wrench, a marker, and a points file.<p>1st, look at the right si"
