It sure doesn't look like a tomos front fender. The only thing that looks like a tomos on it is the front plastic. No one knows what is huh?

it looks like the engine used on a hero-majestics panther.
Look at the Seat.
That Seat style is generally either Honda or Suzuki, I would say, and if you skim the pictures on this sight you might match it up.
I still think it's a Honda, and the guy messed up the front end, then mounted the front from a Tomos on it.
Dunno how much of the front tho, cause that ain't no Tomos fender, either.
