The mere fact that ya posted a reply indicates that my comment doesn't really apply to you....we get some folks that post a request, an email, and then never even check back to see if anyone posted a reply to em....
You did check back, so it's all good.
Part of the reason for that, beyond politeness, is that knowing what common problems are, how they were solved, what was tried, what worked, what didn't - that's real handy, so we try to have it all out here where folks can see it, and the more detail the better.
As for manuals, you can try finding a service manual, which is usually helpful, tho be aware there is usually some parts confusion on ordering parts for the A3 or A35 engines, which we've dealt with by referring to them as the A3 or A5, it saves a lot of hassle at the parts counter.
Any specific, or repair-specific, information...try asking here even if you have the manual, cause there's a whole wealth of experience to draw from, tips, tricks, things that are not in the book.
I shall post some Tomos specific stuff under this one if I can find it, the forums "Search" functions pretty awesome on that as well, but it's the least I can do fer accidently makin ya feel insulted, dude.
