HUMANANANANNANANANA
wait, thats just a qt50 frame. still rad tho
Riding position gonna jive?
YES
this thing hasta be soooo light.
my crank is on it's way. haven't decided on bearings yet
riding position was first priority. i like my knees in my chest like my old tomos
i want to make it air cooled sooooo bad to keep the look clean. the rpms and power i could make on LC is just too good to pass on. i'm just gunna try really hard to keep the plumbing simple.
Just wear a beer helmet for your water reservoir.

nicee job man. your giving me second thought about my qt50.
That thing is awesome! Better see it riding around this summer!
is there a reason you decided to drill out the stud holes on the cylinder rather than move the studs in the case?
edit: ^^that wasnt supposed to sound dickish. just wondering.^^ (edited)
Nothing too compelling
It was a lot easier to hold on the table
I want to run Derbi kits still
I was hoping to get away with just drilling 4 holes and being done with it

what
^ Why so BIG on the stud holes? are you going to stick a metal cylinder down each of those holes and drill them for each stud at the right location?

Exactly. Putting 100% of the path of the stud in my pressed in stock rather than the hole falling on half cast material and half on my insert. The blowouts are little setbacks, but the flow interruption should be minimal.
It does tell me that Airsal routed this cyl transfer paths about 1mm from the stock stud path. Pretty ballsy for retail sale
such a wet bike.
