Law against rocket launchers on mopeds?

So if i added homemade hobby rocket launchers to my bike would that be illegal? Like if i but the launch pad horizontally by the front shocks or headlights with protective backing? You could have a payload like a harrier or cobra without any real harmful stuff, just toy rockets. Then you could get a whole group of people together and have dogfights in open fields. Kinda like paintball but with rockets and mopeds.

w...t....f.... why would someone want to do that?It would be illegal obviously. I know if I did that, I would immediately be sent to Gitmo.

would these work if you took the tripod off and mounted the guiding wire and added a tube shielding to protect yourself?

What about bottle rocket pvc pipes to the side of the headlight or top tank.

You could also use roman candles even to be a little more safe. or all of them. everyone would have to wear a lot of protective clothing and probably a helmet/goggles of course.

To target another person you would really have to try to get on their 6 and stay there despite their evasive action to fire.

And you would probably have to do this in the middle of nowhere.

(probably not a good idea on the roads especially with the tempation to launch a rocket at a car- talk about hard time)

of course all of this is half a joke... but at one in the morning it seems like it would be really fun and dangerous and stupid all in one.

Re: Law against rocket launchers on mopeds?

kinda like this but on bikes in a big field with a bunch of people.

Re: Law against rocket launchers on mopeds?

No you wouldn't Paul because you are on US soil and a US citizen. However, black powder, phosporus, open flame and gasoline, hmm, a new method of going to the moon!

Re: Law against rocket launchers on mopeds?

lol MN the state where nothing is allowed! You will definately be jailed if you do that! Put it on you tube or cops though...would love to laugh at it!

Re: Law against rocket launchers on mopeds?

It is illeagle to throw, launch or eject anything from a moving vehicle on a public road way, it is also illeagle to throw or launch anything at a vehicle on a public road way (including snow balls and water ballons), I'm not sure what the fine is, but I think there is possible jail time.

Re: Law against rocket launchers on mopeds?

Hmmm. but is it illegal to have an installed device that could do such a thing even if you don't use it?? Plus it doesn't have to be loaded it could be set up for rocket launching- Also this is why it would be good to do this thing out in the middle of nowhere. hmm -pvc or metal tubes could have a cover on them to completely mask what is inside them anyway. Or if you were just going to use something non rocket oriented like roman candles, you could just install tubes to place an arsenal of roman candles?

lol, i know that Arran, it was just a pun. A person of my appearance with that mounted on a moped would be asking for trouble.
