nope, no water, like i said, id filled it up that morning, and i always cover it when it rains. i think it was that half-assed gasket finally giving out. i REALLY doubt its the piston, i just honed the cylinder and replaced the rings, so it BETTER not be that. when i first got the ped, a so/so oil injector about KILLED the piston, and the wrong type of transmission fluid killed all the bearings in it (i replaced them ALL, EVERY bearing in that engine) i remember the mechanics at my local shop saying somthing about the roller bearings in the end of the crank (this was about 400miles ago) i dunno tho, like i said, if it aint raining like today was, its comin apart.
im gonna go down to the local motorcycle dealer and pick up a few bottles of synthetic 2 stroke oil. even though the "natural" type oil ive been using is Valvoline 2 stroke motorcycle oil (a brand i trust a LOT) at the recommended 50:1 ratio with the amount specified on the bottle, i think synthetic may be better for this older engine.
im headin 2 bed now, gettin REEEEALY sleepy
