"i don't think that came standard with turn signals... it takes a 25:1 gas/oil mixture...<br>i find about 3 ounces per gallon work great in my motobecane which has the same engine... when the were produced, they recommended 4 ounces, but the oil quality has improved since then, and you don't need as much.<p>it is basically a budget model of the other motobecane models like the moby or mobylette. the v in 40v means you have the variator transmission which is better for climbing hills..<br>i have also heard it refered to as the mobymatic transmission.. i am not sure what you mean about the valve stems...<p><br>"
