Slow down Chicagoland area!

Hello chicagoland.I was in the chicago area today for some business (i often am) and i saw 3 different mopeds out on the street.Apparently there are a lot of moped enthusiasts in the chicagoland area!Anyways I was appalled by the speeds I clocked you guys at. I know most of you chicago people are riding kitted bikes. not only is this dangerous it is illegal! I went ahead and contacted the chicagoPD today to let them know that these illegal bikes are all over the streets. someone needs to stop this before someone gets hurt!

I feel the same way chard. Shit is getting out of hand. Can we meet up some time so we can figure out our strategy to abolish such dangerous behavior from Chicago once and for all??
