Go to your neighborhood Ford dealership and ask for their engine cleaner, that goes in the carb. I posted about this stuff a while ago, and think I even put up a part number. The dealership should either have it as a pour- can or a spray. IT EATS ALL THE CARBON! It should leave everything sparkling clean. Use it outside.
