So, ive been lookin around, and their seem to be a considerable amount of people on here that live nearby... we should ride together. not in DC of course cause they require all sorts of funny things, but in virginia there are some fun routes we could take.

Start organizing rides! Google groups or Facebook are great tools for organizing small groups.

In and around. Seems like about half of the folks live in the district and half live outside. I live in Arlington for example.
Vienna myself. im not sure if im even allowed to ride in dc. i have to check the laws
edit, i just checked, i cant ride in DC. you have to be 18, and have a license.
Ill have to stick with VA, maryland requires a liscense as well, but i cant get to MD on a moped anyway.
if their is ever a ride in VA, tell me. id be happy to join, along with a few friends that also have no one to ride with (edited)
You're supposed to have plates in DC, but the police have bigger things to worry about. I've only been stopped once ever, and I just said I'm from VA and he let us go.
in dc you gotta be 18... and you gotta have insurance. i am not/dont have either.
