wireless Speedo question... (resistor plug and wiring?)

Chris Davis /

will installing a resistor plug and resistor/plugwire allow me to use a wireless speedometer? I know the non resistor type kicks out out a ton of rf, which interferes with the wireless ones.

just wondering. I was thinking of replacing my plug wire anyway and was wondering if I should just spend a little more...

Re: wireless Speedo question... (resistor plug and wiring?)

Spend a little less and get a hardwired speedo, that way the people who you ride with will not put your readings in compromise.

Dirty RF has its positives, multiple bikes generating a lot of RF helps keep cagers off their cell phones while driving but messing the signal.
