I'm new and looking for a moped. I've been looking for a project one that i could purchase pretty reasonably and then tinker around with. I just wanted to see what y'all thought of these two mopeds as a good starting point.
Are the prices fair or should i try and get lower?

The prices are fair. Try to get the seller, to sell it to you for less. Go get that Puch now. If you do want it, you will move fast to get it. You should not care if there is a rain storm, go get it now. If you waste time, and do not get the Puch, and it sells to another person, the Kinetic is a fair deal too. Do not let the haters tell you the Kinetic is not good. Make sure the Kinetic has spark, is one of the most important thing with them. Buy one of them before they sell. Ask for a title, or get them to give you a bill of sale.

Buy both...and then sell me the other :) seriously...I wounldn't mind using the kinetic for parts or even trying to get it running and then would love to get that puch running...but if you can get just one....go with the puch man! good buy for the condition it looks but you better be mechanically inclined and have proper tools because its not always simply replacing this or that or just cleaning a part lol
