So I have another question about this 1974 Solex 3800. I appears that it is missing an emblem on the seat post. I have not seen anything on any blogs or forums that indicates what it might have been so I thought that I would check and see if anyone had any ideas. If it was original to the moped then I would love to replace it.
Nothing goes there; nothing missing. The previous owner stuck something on there.

Thank you for the response. I thought that might be the case. I will have to work on removing the remnants of whatever was there before and then maybe touch up the paint or seal it so that it does not rust. Brian, your website is awesome. It has given me a lot of good information. -Lisa
