Ya I'm PA that shit would not fly w/the DMV or the cops. It's a cheapo Chinese mini-motorcycle, similar to what they sell at pep boys and eBay. No idea why the p/o was able to get it regged. Dumb luck? Whatever. Not a moped, more akin to a scooter but styled like a Harley. Definitely appeals to a certain demographic, but not this one.

40cc's over? I don't know any cylinder that could be bored from 50cc to 90cc and have room to do so.
Anyway it was only a small chuckle, so don't get concerned.

40 over is a term for cars, meaning forty thousands over bore. Maybe an idiot tried to apply this term to a moped to say it had high performance modifications. In V8 car, broadly generalizing, you get about 4 cubic inches, and 4 hp for "40 over bore" It as far as is safe to go for lots of motors. Next you will hear about the 3/4 cam it's got in it.

"40 over" sounds like a lot for that engine. I don't know the limits on that kind of jug, but most overbore jobs start at 10 thousandths, unless the builder is going for the gusto.
