Got this 99.9 percent complete stock jawa running finally after installing a new hungarian tyristor coil . Idles well ran ok,, for now... shakedown and adjustment time. (fairings and covers ommitted in pic.)
The working odometer says 388 miles.
shoulda made your own thyristor. like a boss.
you could even put an arduino in to control your thyristor!
I put my home made thyristor in a NOS Energy Shot bottle with the logo visible under the tank. That way everyone knew I meant serious business, not unlike Paul Walker in the orginal Fast and the Furious.
strangly I already had a home made thyristor. ... I just forgot to wire it up.
congrats on good job
Nice looking machine! Huge front fender, keep it, that was designed to be used! Glad you are operational!
See what you can do when the doctor refills your prescription.

I have new set, if you want
cool.. I need to do a little more work
Curiously yesterday I sold a Jikov banjo bolt to a young guy who is trying to resurrect his 207, which he reports still has the Transizmo.

katavlado at verizon dot net
I still have a few parts of a Jawa parts bike if anyone needs them.
