A friend of mine went to the DMV recently. He asked one of the employees about the new titling and registration process. She had no clue what he was talking about so she called the Glen Burnie office and they couldn't tell her anything either!!!In my opinion, they are trying to rush this thing way too fast. I think they should back the effective date back to January 1 and let everyone ride out the season then we would have half of the winter and early spring to take care of the insurance and DMV issues.
