If anyone was at red october, they remember Jody's moped being stolen.
We drove down to Handybikes yesterday to meet with Becky and Jeff (from SwitchhandSignals) who gave us a red 50V to rebuild.
These guys are really incredible and showed a lot of existing branches, again, what it means to be a part of the moped army.
No moped shops or big sales. They went way out of their way to help out a person who they met a couple rallies ago.
Anyone who hasn't voted yet, please vote yes for this branch.
I wish we could start a BJ (from handybikes) appreciation club, on top of that. Possibly the nicest old man i've ever met, who also gave us all of the parts necessary to rebuild the moby for almost nothing. Only saying things like "well i've never met a bad apple from the moped army," and "i'm just glad to be a part of your little group. I love you guys."
