just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them or seen one

in person. They look pretty bad ass if you ask me and Ive been thinking it

may end up being my next moped. www.motopeds.com is there main site.

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

that thing is hilarious, i would ride the shit out of some mtn bike paths.

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

They've been posted before, but I don't think it got much interest. I think its a pretty cool bike, but kind of expensive and not street legal in most places.

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

Haha yea it be wicked fun on Mountain bike trails,

damn, I thought it would be street legal with the 50cc,

that could be a bummer, and yea deff expensive, even used,

I found one that sold for like $3,500. I guess Ill stick to my

Sachs G3 haha. Or build my own kit for a 50 hmmm...

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

it should be able to be made street legal, but good luck getting past inspections

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

used 1 on their site for 4k wow. i thought a new tomos was expensive

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

It looks great. I guess once the frame kit is bought, you're free to spend as much or as little as you want to arrive at the finished article. if I win the Euromillions lottery, one of those could be a good thing to waste some money on.

No , bad concept.

Bad concept. Better to find a used streetable vintage honda ct 70, ct 90

xl 100 or some other streetable Japanese small scambler, street or off road, even if you have to do some restoration work.

Since they are not road legal, there are plenty of way cheaper and better

dirt bikes. That frame looks particularly weak and the 4 stroke motor on it is not very powerful.

The people buying those must be rich spendthrifts. There are plenty of way better and cheaper nonroad 2 stroke dirt bikes.

Alternately, anyone can build a 2 stroke or 4 stroke fully suspended mountain bike with high quality 4 stroke or 2 stroke kit, for thousands cheaper. (motorized bicycle).

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

They look neat but I would rather drop that kind of cash on something else

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

They are cool. Just not 3500$ cool? That's a bit more then i would wanna pay for one. Maybe 2000$ They do look pretty fun tho.

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

yea, agreed 3500 to 4000 grand is a bit rich for my blood, I payed $700 for my e30 BMW I couldnt bring myself to spend more than 5 times as much on a glorified bicycle than I did on my beemer haha.

These can be fitted with 5 speed manual 140cc roketa engines, those have decent power definately not street legal though.

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

I had an motorized bike with chinese bike kit on it. it was fun until alex boyd and i were out on a ride and alex desided to flick my asshole neighbor off. Well the cops came and put a stop to our riding. Now we ride mopeds

Re: Have you guys heard of these?

Do want front end, but braking from 60+mph might be scary.
