Saw a group of riders...about 6 tonight out & around campus in Newark, DE. Spotted a Puch and a Motobecane but was too googly-eyed & giddy to notice any more. Looking to get a moped and didn't know there were any serious heads around here. Been talking with these guys http://mohawkmammoths.com/ & going up to Albany on the 17th to hang out. Just want to link up & have a home base because Albany's FAR.

I vouch for this fine gent. he gets it and really wants to ride! Scott, try the Buy/Sell forum as well, might be some guys in the area with something that's had some love and is in good running condition.

Those dudes don't post much. Check out switch skate shop it's a lot of people that work/hang there.

Good intel. Though I'm cursed to spend the Summer in Texas, I'll be back in Newark come Fall & ready to ride again. I had no idea the boys over at Switch were fellow mopedlers; & in that nice new Main St. location too......

Nice, I'll check in with them. And being in Texas for the summer isn't a curse...I'm a native Texan & probably won't be able to get back for the rest of the year. :(

Oh hey... Yeah that was us, I think there were 9 of us. I have a few for sale and Tyler has a few for sale.. Tyler is also one of the owners of Switch, so pretty much anyday you go up there he'll be around or drop me a line. We are always down to ride or wrench...
