California Insurance

Anyone have a source for cheap moped insurance in California?

My Progrssive Insurance agent says that they will not insure my Gabbiano and I would like to get covered.

Thanks

Bump?

Why, when the main screen says that there are 18 replys, when I open the topic there are only two that come up?

Re: California Insurance

21 century told me they only do cars and told me to call foremost insurance

Re: California Insurance

i have foremost. it should be cheap. it's not for me because of a car accident i had.

Re: California Insurance

ya well Im restarting it lol

Called Gieco and they said they go through Foremost.

Anyone have insurance that isn't Foremost?

Re: California Insurance

Foremost

Re: California Insurance

I have foremost and its cheap. like 120-140 a year.

Re: California Insurance

i filled out an internet quote at progressive for 3 bikes on one policy and totaled $108 a year.

mopeds are listed online lol, and some are cheaper than others.

My insurance is at Progressive but that is where I have my motorcycle insurance. I don't think that they will write insurance for a moped only.

Re: California Insurance

sure they will i've always insured my peds with progressive, just using the online system too. super easy and rather inexpensive.

Re: California Insurance

I have insurance through Progressive. Moped only.

My girlfriend has insurance through Dairy Land. Even cheaper, but they won't do new Tomosososos for some reason.

$109 for me, $60something for her, per year.

This is in Oregon, not Cali, but I'm sure it's all about the same.

Re: California Insurance

I have cars insured through Farmers Insurance. My broker (also my neighbor) insured through another company (I forget the name, but just renewed so will know soon). It was about $100, apparently the minimum that they will write. Should know more in a few days.

they will write a slow rabbit, I have a buell, velocifero and two puchs under them and did it on line.

I'd try again they are cheap, but hell to get money out of in a pay out, at least for the nightster which went to salvage.
