Haha. Funny, I got that email from you too. I wonder who all got that email.
Make up a bunch of lies on what it needs and give him a price of like $500 to fix it and then maybe he'll say fuck it. Then comfort him and say you'll buy it from him since it costs more to fix then what its worth. J/k...tell him he has a a pretty collectable ped and be a good person of the moped community and maybe school him a little on it.
