$800 for a puch maxi with an upgraded carb and thats it. Considering no one should have to pay more than $500 for a good stock, I dont see how it's worth the extra $300. Or in the same city there's a project maxi for a grand. Or a stock P103 for $850. Its stupid. And the recreational drugs are doing wonders for me, hows that cock up your ass, gorgeous?

I mean, everywhere has good and bad folks, and the good traits are just as set by region as the bad. Where I'm from, the good people will give you the shirt off their back, the bad people will only do that if you're white. In Cali, I'd assume the good people will give you the weed in their joint, and bad people will be insufferable trendy fucks.

Just living there put a bad taste in my mouth. So many people were boring and overly religious or they tried so hard to as left wing as possible. "Oh fuckin darfur man" while working at Urban Outfitters. I move every two years and people in other cities and other states seem to be a bit more genuine.

Of course, there are a select few that are pretty genuine. But overall you get this sense that they think highly of themselves but have nothing to offer. Sort of like a $1000 stock moped.

If you cant be open minded to CA how can you be so open minded in your travels? I mean I'm not from Ca, I'm from Co. But I look for the best in wherever I am.

A Puke Maxi cost about $425 new in the late 70's. Figuring in inflation and collector value, mopeds are still very cheap in my mind. Look at vintage cars, motorcycles, guitars, blue jeans, etc and compare adjusted prices...

Joey you're right, Sacramento and Santa Cruz are two of the nicest towns in California. I genuinely enjoyed being around those parts.

I've lived in a few different states too but no place is more friendly than california. I lived in Kansas for a long time and if you werent thumpin to tupac and wearing a john deere cap rolling a late 80's gm car and had a skoll ring worn into your back pocket you weren't accepted.<sounds messed up but it's true. California is diverse and it's that diversity that makes people much more tolerate, and friendly, than anywhere else. California is also very populated(traffic) and very broke making mopeds worth more. I put a bike on craigslist for 1,000 and had a buyer but I backed out as I realized it was worth more to me. IDK maybe our bikes are worth more because it's always riding season.
