totally.... one less maxi n in this world... you will have to weld lots back on... and if you are planning on making this bike a ripper then you will NEED all three mounting holes for your engine... only two and that thing with twist the hell out of that frame and most likely break out of the two holes... no bueno. ;[

this frame has been rendered worthless due to some negligent workmanship. i'm not exactly sure what you were trying to do. i'm only certain in what you actually succeeded in doing.
300 dollars seems to be the going price for a maxi N frame. i've seen them go for that painted or powdered on here. i saw a complete non-op minus the engine go for that.
however, what you have is a worthless hunk of metal. you should sell it to the guy for 20 dollars. he is being generous. that POS that you created will take a bit of work to get right.
