What's supposed to happen when a post is moved?
The "killswitch problem" post in the performance forum was moved to repair (awesome). It still shows up in the peformance forum and there's a little arrow icon by it (presumably to indicate it was moved), but if you click on the post, it just reloads the performance tuning forum. Should this redirect to the post's new location, or should it load the post with a message like, "This was moved to the repair forum," or is reloading the original forum what it's supposed to do?

It should redirect you to the new location of the post, which is what it does when I click the link you posted. Can anyone else share if this is working properly for them or not? I am working on the forum right now, so maybe I temporarily introduced a bug.
May have been asked already, but when is the search feature going to be up and running again.

I can't upload a picture of my pug to my profile. tired file sizes from 1.5mb down to 300kb. any ideas?
This may be related to the issue and bug fix detailed on the homepage. I would try clearing your cache (see homepage for instructions link) and then refreshing the page. It is possible that the upload worked, but it is still showing you the cached copy of your older image. Once you clear your cache this will not happen again.
Sorry to get your hopes up too high. I looked into the forum search for a while today and concluded that it's still too slow and causes performance issues with the whole site. I am investigating an alternative, but it will not be live by today. This is however at the top of my todo list.
Suggestion: It might be nice to be able to use some HTML character codes in posts like °
Password resetting in profile seems to fail.. I can only sign on by resetting through email reset password.
I just tested it and was able to change my password via the normal profile editing. What is happening? Can you try again?
Okay, when I re-signed in after the change, I entered my "real" name instead of my screen name. How can I change back to my previously-used name: "Dick Tortuga"? Everything else in profile seems to be working fine...
Ahhhh... as seen by my log-in.... I finally got it to take. Probably my error, but no action required. Thanks...
