You posted this in a really old thread, you may want to try a new post in case someone is not using the "latest posts" option.

Meanwhile, if you are saying that the clutch slips when you try to start it and your clutch is external, then it should be dry. Clean the shoes and drum with brake parts cleaner or some other solvent.
