Wow thats complicated. Makes me feel lucky. I got my motorcycle license on my 16th birthday, all I had to do was take a simple 25 question written test, and ride a circle around the parking lot. That license allows me to operate ANY motorcycle I want, even the Chevy big block V8 powered Boss Hoss. But don-ohio is correct. The definition of a moped is that it have operable pedals and a motor. If it has those two things, it is a moped, no matter what any government says. An interesting thing about Canada that I noticed, is that the same rules seem to apply nationwide. In the U.S.,every state, all 50 of them, have different rules on mopeds. Peace. Jerry.
