Never mind, posted the answer to another mystery moped that I guess I'm not going to be able to use anymore... (makes a man feel smart)

Here's the actual 3rd mystery moped.

As for the one I just blew, that's a cyclaid (pronounced cycle-aid) which was belt drive to the rear wheel, and the first ones didn't have a clutch, so you were either moving or not. It's another one of those British machines.
