You know I keep hearing about this restrictor plate. Restrictor plate is bad, restrictor plate is in exhaust pipe. Blah blah... Can I get a picture or something to work with here? I dont want to use a cutting torch and split the pipe in two then not find it...

Go to www.scootertherapy.com and go to the Elite clutch page. Or how to make your Elite go faster.
The plate keeps the clutch from shifting all the way up.
