hey, well the 60cc kit has less probs for the engine but i mean the 70 kit is just 30 dollars more and gives sooooooooo much more power! i have one and i blew a crankshaft so i replaced the crank and bearings now it runs sweet and does 62 miles an hour on flat. of coure i have a few mods with the bore kit. well jsut email me for more info. is your engine old or new? like how many miles and what year

62 mph! You are crazy dude! Do you use special tires. Most moped tires are limited to 35 mph, if you want to be safe.
yean u heard me right. and no i dont use special tires. i use the dinky old moped tires. they work fine.... a little smooth at top end...:-). the other mod i did was i hogged out the case to match the cylinder and now it has a helluva lota power! i love it. the other fact is i have it jetted just perfect. sometimes if im at a stop and i slame the throttle she'll pull out right from under me. yeah that powerfull. some one else with a bore kit should match the case and cylinder and see how powerfull it is!

Can you define "hogged out" (still learnin). What jets/carb are you using.
I can haul a$$ pretty well with my Tomos (70cc,biturbo,27tooth) but 62 is a little bit over my range. I sure would love to see it though. I have a feeling that I am under jetted. I'm just using whatever jet came with my amal carb in the kit.

I think what he means is he matched all the passages of the case to the new 70cc jug by grinding them to fit the contours.But I could be incomplete on that.Mike,you should consider JC Whitney Motorcycle tires at speeds you're running(60+mph).They have some nice tires that will fit `peds.At least,that's what I would do.
