After you've pedaled the thing as much as you say, pull the spark plug and see if it is wet with fuel. If the plug is dry, which I suspect it is, then you're not getting gas to the engine.
That's a quick and easy check. The other advice you got is sound. I'll bet the carb is not passing gas (no pun intended).duck wrote:
