Just got the new throttle installed on my rizzato deluxe califfo with a delloroto carb and I put a new plug in it and there is gas going to it and it will start and run as long as i don't let it idle. Once it idles, it will get in this funky state where the fucker won't rev again, it just makes this bogging sound when you give it gas. And i know the throttle is adjusted right cause it releases the choke when you twist it all the way. Anyone have any ideas?? I'd be glad to hear them. thanks.

You probably either have an air inleakage at the intake-carb connection or cyl.jug to block.But it also could be blockage in the small passages of the carb.CLEAN IT THOROUGHLY.Use GUMOUT carb spray and blow the passages out with compressed air.Check your needle valve and float operation out while you're in there.
To diagnose the problem.... when it is in this bogging state.... pull the spark plug and take a look at it to try to figure out if it is lean or rich.
Also... when it is in this bogging state... flip the choke on for a second... see if it gets better or worse.
