Like Ron said, a larger carb and biturbo is a good way to do it. My Maxi wouldn't take a hill for anything until I got a biturbo, and larger carb. Now it climbs hills fairly well. I still have to pedal if the hill is really steep, but it makes it up most inclines pretty easily.
