Any ideas on how to increase the up-hill power on

For some very steep hills, the TFR won't get all the way up. There are various accessories offered by Cosmo motors, but all talk about speed & say they may decrease acceleration but none talk about increasing the ability to go up hills.. There is an off road package that has a larger pulley and belt, would that make a difference? Any ideas appreciated!
