Hi fran, i'm answering to your MOpedarmy question !
i have an X8R and I had that 60 km/h too
just buy a LeoVinci exhaust and you problem will be fixed
for better performance, change the CDI to a rotation higher than 8000 rpm!!

wel i have a honda x8r and it goes like 70 without changing a thing
But you can always fit a part on your air cooler so it sucks more air=>faster
you can also put weights on your flywheel you'll accelerate faster but you wont go faster in speed

HEy new tip: fit the weights and the springs wich are included with tha zx from leovinci and otherwise remove the twa plates arround your flywheel
