You seem to throw everyone who rides a moped into one category. I hate to break this to you, but a lot of successful

people ride mopeds. As far as that goes, I am a systems analyst for a large automotive company in Detroit. As far as being a punk because I choose to ride what I ride, I am an acomplished Boxer and Muay Thai boxer. In fact, I ride my moped to the gym where I work out. None of the other boxers at the gym make fun of me for riding a moped when the weather permits. You cannot judge ones character by what he chooses to ride. Character comes from the individual and not the bike.

somehow, i doubt that much has changed since my last crossfire with you. i find several things hard to believe since our last meaningful exchange. somehow, i doubt that there are 100 other people alive that are as lame or that have as little to do as you. I am the only mopedaller around, and everybody turns to wave at the approach of my blaring exhaust: Cops wave, kids on school busses wave, people cutting their lawns, teen-age girls with puppies, fat ladies with the wind blowing their straw hats off and flipping their dresses way the hell up in the air; and even this one huge dude with a cute smiling mama on the back of his black FLH Harley-Davidson! She had such a far away look in her eyes when she turned my way that I knew right off she was wishing she was riding with me instead of "Fat Bob." She had just begun to rise off that seat and I believe throw a leg to climb down to proposition me for a scoot around town, when the light turned and Bob booted that Hog while he still had an old lady to call his own. I want to say too, that I don't know what passes for education up there in the state of Maine, but if the letters posted on your site are an indication, I won't be riding up that way any too soon. You see, they get snowed in a lot up there, and there may have been some in-breeding in the past. You can spot the inbreeds pretty easy because they can't express themselves in words of more than four or five letters. They get frustrated at this and keep repeating themselves over and over. Also some of their last names are hard as hell to pronounce. Please don't get upset and respond to them Brian, it only riles them up. Just remember, "There's an ass for every seat."
