I read on one of the post from a while back about taking off the white tube that goes from the back of the air filter into the frame on a Puch Maxi. I did this but when i would floor it the engine semed to bogg out until i let off almost to about half throttle then it would be Ok. Even going down a hill the engine would do that same. I put the tube back on and it runs fine. Now my question is, who said it would make it faster to remove this part?
BTW- are there any other restrictors on a 1978 Puch Maxi Luxe that can be removed?
