I have a 2001 Honda Elite S. I am wondering how to take the restrictor plate off and to make it go the fastest possible.
Joe, there are 4 restictors on the 94-up elite 50s. The pulley, clutch spring, exhaust, and airbox all have restrictors on them. To take off the pulley and clutch restrictors you may need an impact to get the nuts off. If you take out the airbox restrictor you may need a bigger carb jet.
