How hard is it to do electrical?

I have found a moped that someone has restored except for the electrical work. It is a 1965 Puch. How hard would it be for me to do the electrical work with no experience with a moped? Or does anybody know a reliable place that can do it for me in Kalamazoo (how much?)? Thanks.

Re: How hard is it to do electrical?

To get it to run you only need one wire running from the points to the coil.

(It won't have a kill switch or a key that way... but you could ride it)

Sportsbay.com /

If takes an Ohm meter, electrical scematic, functioning parts and logic.

Make sure that both wires that connect to the horn are plugged in. If either one is disconnected you won't get electricity to the spark plug.

Visit Sportsbay, com for mopeds, parts and more.
