sic. Puch maxi. Took my carburetor and intake manifold off for the umpteenth time.
To lazy to cut a new gasket between the engine and the intake manifold, so put back with no gasket. WOULD NOT IDLE. Took apart for the umpteenth plus one time and replaced with new gasket. Idles just fine. Thought I would pass this experience along.
If anyone has the throttle slide from a Bing 14 mm carburetor handy, I would appreciate knowing the diameter. The diameter of the throtle slide from a 12 mm bing is 16.5 mm.
