I was just woundering what amount of compression should be on a 50cc moped? When I tested my ped it only had about 30-40 lbs of compression??? That is with out rings though. I have ordered the rings and just want to know if they will make much of a difference...

My Puch and a friends Puch both tested at 105 psi.
Yes, having rings on the piston will make a big difference, they're what actually provide the seal between the piston and cylinder.
do not (i repeat) DO NOT run a moped w/o rings. you can damage your piston and cylinder. and those cost a lot of money.
w/ rings, you'll get much better compression.
