<HTML>Hello Moped Army!
I got hold of a Tomos A3 engine (Don't know what model it is, I think "Standard") and have put 2000 miles on the original 3000 it had. I was wondering what the longest distance a moped could run without having to completely rebuild the engine?
Is the traditional design a result of Post War depression, or are the problems the shortcomings of the 2 cycle motor?
Also, I was wondering anyone knows if the A3 engine could be upgraded to produce more power? I know that the lesser pressure on a Tomos exhaust will allow faster movement, but so far all I have seen an upgrade about is the A5.
TIA, Capn!</HTML>
