what is the top speed with all stock parts or whatever that i could get my 1974 Vespa Piaggio CIAO to go? If it is in good condition. What speeds did they reach brand new?

Holy cow, a Piaggio CIAO!? I used to live in Italy back in 1981-1984, where as a 14-16 year old kid, I drove a lot of different mopeds. I haven't seen or even heard someone mention that model in 16 years now. Anyway, based on my observations the CIAO was good for 30mph (at best) in stock form, and not a mile an hour more.
