I have a 1989 Trac Olympic blitz. The thing that makes me mad is that the thing tops out at 25mph on the dot. I know is got more to give but there is sometihng holding it back. I have checked out a few web sites about my type of engine and no luck. Can anyone help me?

Sounds like you have a governer stopping it at 25. It can be removed.
