You need to provide more info, Mike. Do you mean that the engine is seized? If so, sometimes they can be resurected, sometimes not. It usually depends on the condition of the low end. If the crank and connecting rod bearings are not ruined, usually you can get an engine running without too much difficulty. I don't know if this is what you're talking about, though.

Bottom line: I'm enjoying it all the time! And just for good measure I bought another one with a seized engine.
All the parts are available and the engine is not too difficult to work on.

it locked up from sitting it looks like someone broke the throtle tube and left it.
