go to an auto parts store for the fuel line its not very expensive. Turn the ignition to off and if the key is easy to get to stick chewed gum in to (Be careful not to get it stuck) and get the key to stick to it. Or if you dont wanna do that then just tip the bike upside down(Drain fluids first) and shake the ignition. it should fall out
I use Windshield wiper tubing for fuel line, but discourage the practice for others since it's not clear.
As fer the key, precision-tweezers (ask any chick what they are) should get it out.

Ree is right on the key, forget turning the bike over! You may also be able to pick it out with a bent paper clip. Try to pick from the wavy side of the key.
I get fuel line from a hardware store. Most peds use 1/4" but measure yours first. You can use vinyl tube but it does harden after a while. If you have trouble finding real fuel line, try a lawn mower or motorcycle shop.

To get the key out, if all else fails, there is a product called stick-E-Tack that is a putty type material for hanging pictures etc. It also comes under other names but it is all the same stuff. Wal-Mart sells it in the stationary dept.. Knead a small dab between your fingers until it gets soft, press it on the switch and let it set for a day. Pull it straight off and it might bring the key with it...or not. Ken
i use boogers to stick stuff, or try a dental pick.
A CLean Dental pick.One that Gimmy Jimmy hasn't handled,preferably.Ha!
use the dental pick to get the booger to get the key...hawr
i would try a very small hack saw blade . if you have a broken off jewellers blade jimmy it in so the small teeth can grab onto the key bumps .pull out key stub 'presto'it worked for me. good luck bruce
get a really strong magnet, place it right above the key and see what happens, that's what i would do.
