repairs to 1980 Tomos

<HTML>I have this great little moped. I bought it without the accelerator hooked up. I rigged a rope to pull for gas instead of the handle accelerator. It worked well. Now I have had that repaired, there is a problem with the carburetor. It floods when I turn on the gas. Sometimes it will run and sometimes not. I have taken the carb apart and cleaned the parts. I still doesn't work. I NEED HELP WITH THIS. IS THERE AN OLD MANUAL AVAILABLE? IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH MODEL 246171? It is blue and silver.
