When times were tough and gas was high,

I bought a ped to just get by.

I rode for miles on a tank of gas,

as cars would laugh when they did pass.

I rode to work. I rode to school,

but no one thought that I was kewl.

Then one day while at a light,

I met a girl that was out of sight.

We went to movies. We went to dine.

And then I asked this girl to be mine.

That was so many years ago,

but she still thinks I have a Harley though.

Life can be grand, and life can be sweet,

if you just find the blind girl up the street.
