Hmm... clutch problems perhaps? Could be the clutch isn't disengaging from idle (where it doesn't drive the wheels) - complete guess mind you. Probably one of the first things to do would be to see if you can find someplace where you can order a service/user manual for your moped (might check ebay, they have several service and moped manuals for sale right now) Maybe as well there is some mechanism for disengaging the engine from driving the wheels - to make it easier to pedal. (My 87 jawa has that, its a knob you pull out and turn to disengage the pedals from the engine... so you can pedal more easily and not try to start the motor) Check for a knob or lever (mine is a circular thing near the pedal on the right side, but not knowing your moped I couldn't guess if you have this or where it would be if you did)
