1988 Suzuki FA50 starting problem...HELP THIS GUY

It is probably a dirty carburetor, but it might be starving for gas,and the excess pull of the choke gets a little gas to go in.

Those buggers have a different type of fuel valve that might cause a problem too. Are you sure you have the fuel valve set to the proper position? Maybe someone that knows FA50s will answer? Anyway...I'm guessing a lack of fuel or a dirty carb. don-ohio
