and my turnsignals...

are broken. when i turn them on, all other lights shut off. are they the only thing besides the horn that run off the battery? if this is the case, i may just need to have my battery charged. one would assume that the headlight and brake light are powered by the magneto, but im not so sure. also, when i brake, the headlight dims and the brake light goes almost completely out... instead of getting brighter to alert of my stop. makes night riding scary...

Re: and my turnsignals...

i don't use brake lights at all. then again, i have no tail lights either ... but ... you should check the wiring. most mopeds power their entire electrical system from the magneto. so you have only about 21 wats to work w/. that's why your headlight gets brighter when you're going full throttle and dims when slowing down.

check the wiring specs on your moped. it'll help you out. unless you're like me, and don't understand wiring specs. then find a friend who does and watch him fix your bike.

Sounds like you might have 12V bulbs in a 6V System ?

I've made that mistake before...
